RICHIERIDE

Terms of Use

Last updated: 28 October 2026

1. What RICHIE RIDE is

RICHIE RIDE is a platform that connects customers with independent tricycle riders. We do not own the tricycles and riders are not our employees. The ride itself is an agreement between the customer and the rider.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

3. Prices and payment

There is no automatic fare. The rider and the customer agree the price in person when the rider arrives, before the ride starts. Payment is in cash, directly to the rider, at the end of the ride. RICHIE RIDE does not collect payment.

4. Customers

Give a correct pickup and destination, be reachable by phone, and treat riders with respect. You may cancel before the rider arrives. Repeated no-shows or abuse can lead to suspension.

5. Riders

Riders must hold a valid driving licence and a registered tricycle, provide genuine documents, and keep them current. We review documents before approval but cannot guarantee any rider's conduct. Riders must drive safely, follow the law, and only start a ride after the price is agreed.

6. Safety and emergencies

The emergency button alerts our team but is not an emergency service. In danger, call your local emergency number first. The share-ride link lets someone you trust follow your ride; only share it with people you trust.

7. Ratings

Customers may rate rides. Ratings must be honest. We may remove abusive or false reviews.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, RICHIE RIDE is not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from rides arranged through the platform, or for interruptions to the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

10. Contact and governing law

Questions: the contact details on our home page. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where we operate.
